Estimates & Scope of Work

Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Actual job conditions 
• Material requirements 
• Additional labor or unforeseen issues 

Estimates provided via phone, text, or email are preliminary and may be adjusted upon inspection or as the project progresses.

Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or changes to the project scope may affect scheduling and pricing.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, or digital payment.

Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees and may impact future service availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Late cancellations may affect scheduling priority for future services.

Materials & Workmanship

Materials used will be appropriate for the job and based on availability. While we aim for high-quality workmanship, handyman services are often performed on existing structures where conditions may vary.

Limitation of Liability

Repairman of Marin is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or hidden defects 
• Structural or system issues not visible at the time of service 
• Delays caused by weather, suppliers, or third parties 

All services are performed with reasonable care and professional standards.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are provided without a formal warranty. Any concerns regarding completed work should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed.
